3 medium size cans wild caught Alaskan Salmon
½ cup Psyllium Husk
3 whole eggs
2/3 Cup Egg Whites
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp. salt pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley
In medium bowl mix eggs, egg whites, chopped onion, salt pepper and parsley, set aside. In a large bowl place salmon and Psyllium Husk, mix thoroughly, add eggs mixture and mix well. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook parties 5 minutes on each side.
